-Detailed planning begins the day your contract is signed! -Design deck curation -Venue sourcing, tours, vetting & contracting -Vendor referrals, exclusive pricing, contract review, package negotiations, payment management, F&B tastings, site visits & coordination -Up to 3 venue & vendor tours -Develop wedding vision execution plan -Attend vendor consultations & meetings -Check in call scheduled every 40 days leading up to wedding date.

-Detailed planning begins 180 days prior to wedding date -Auxiliary Vendor vetting & assistance with contracting -Attend auxiliary vendor meetings with couple -Assist in wedding website creation -Check in call scheduled every 45 days leading up to wedding date

1 Lead Planner on site for 9 hours -Planning begins 45 days prior to wedding date -Scheduled calls, emails & text consultations -Vendor referrals & contract review -Create full wedding day timeline with vendors -Ceremony & Reception layout creation -Confirm all vendor logistics & details with each vendor 2 weeks prior to wedding date -2-hour final detail meeting -Attend final vendor meetings with venue & catering -One hour ceremony rehearsal

    We hired Niki and her team as a day of wedding coordinator and I am SO GLAD we did. Niki met with us 2 months before our wedding to ensure everything was in order. She asked us questions we hadn't even considered and really helped me feel confident that my wedding day would go smoothly. Her and the team really made sure to hammer out all the little details and coordinate with all the vendors before the big day. The wedding was absolutely perfect and I contribute a lot of it to Niki and her team. If there were any issues, I didn't even know about them until afterwards because Niki is THAT GOOD. She even brought me and my husband a plate of hors d'oeuvres and our cocktails to the dressing room after our photos so we could have a little moment to hang out and eat before our grand entrance. It was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, Niki and her team were amazing and professional. She really made my special day stress free. Niki is worth her weight in gold!!!

    Working with NJ Event Collective is a joy! Nikki and Jaime were delightful, thorough, and thoughtful in coordinating delivery and set-up of our client's wedding cake. Communication was clear with all of my questions answered promptly and completely. Their positioning and design for the cake table created the perfect focal point highlighting the cake design for all of the guests to enjoy. I can't wait to collaborate with NJ Event Collective again!
