Our version of day of coordination, but better! This wedding package is for the couple that has their day planned or wants to plan things on their own, but wants help finalizing details and executing their big day! We'll work with your vendors to seamlessly execute your wedding day.

Are you looking for a little extra help in the design aspect of your wedding day? You can choose this package as an add on! Together we will have 3 separate meetings where we will cover all items design related.

    Our experience with Hanna and her team was incredible. We hired Hanna Marie Events as our day-of coordinator for our wedding (which, we quickly learned, is MUCH more than a one-day job). We hired a coordinator because we wanted to be stress-free on our wedding day, so we enlisted a professional to ensure that everything went smoothly. From the beginning of our time working together, it was clear that Hanna and her team were experts in all things weddings. The planning tools and templates that she provided from the beginning were incredibly helpful to get my fiancé and I get organized for our big day. They also followed up with all of our vendors and put together a timeline for the day, ensuring that no detail was missed. When it came to our wedding day, the entire event was flawless. Our coordinator Brooke and her assistant Brooke were there for everything we needed - setup teardown, managing the timeline, coordination tipping of vendors, and ensuring that everyone was in the right places at the right times. They made us feel incredibly special, and we knew they were always around for anything we needed. I'm so grateful for Hanna and her team for preparing and managing every small and large detail of our day. We felt so stress-free and were able to enjoy the day so much more because of their team. Out of all of our wedding expenses, this was worth every penny and would highly recommend Hanna and her team for wedding services!

    Our wedding day would not have gone nearly as smoothly without Hanna’s help, guidance, and her expertise. She worked so hard behind the scenes to ensure all of my dreams and plans came true. Leading up to the day she made sure we were always on the same page - she helped create a timeline for the entire day, she had incredibly helpful documents that helped me think through every aspect of the day (they even helped me think of things I would’ve never considered) and she planned out weekly meetings leading up the wedding to touch base. The day of she was always accessible and ready to jump in and answer questions, or help me with something. If there were any hiccups during the day…. I had ZERO idea about them because she handled it or discussed it with my go to bridesmaid who could make decisions on my behalf. I felt like Hanna was my best friend assisting me with my wedding day!! I trusted her skills and knew she had my best interest at heart. She is so dang fun and incredibly sweet and kind. She was definitely one of the best things about the entire day!!!! I recommend her and her services to every single person planning a wedding!

    We hired Hanna for her partial wedding planning services for our special day in 2023. I am thrilled to give her five stars for her organization, levelheadedness, and tech savviness. Planning a wedding from states away was nerve wracking, but Hanna made it a bit less stressful by making sure all of our tasks were on track. I would recommend her for anyone that needs a planner that you can feel close to, even when doing everything online.
