Hi! ! I'm Alexandra and I'm the lead planner behind Alexandra Madison Weddings (AMW). Back in 2013, I made a decision to dive into training in various areas that make wedding day magic happen. Since 2017, AMW has been proudly serving brides full time, bringing their wedding visions to life. With an average of 40-60 weddings each year, we've fine-tuned our expertise to create unforgettable moments. On your special day, our team of 2-4 talented planners and assistants will be there to ensure every detail is perfect. We can't wait to embark on this exciting journey with you!

AMW stands out due to a unique blend of training and hands-on experience in various essential areas of wedding planning. With expertise acquired in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Los Angeles, California, and Southeastern regions of South Carolina and Georgia, Alexandra has honed her skills in venue management, client relations, catering, rentals, and wedding planning. With a dedicated team of 2-4 planners and assistants, AMW ensures that every detail of your wedding day is meticulously taken care of, guaranteeing a seamless experience for you and your loved ones.

Description

This package gives us the time to sit and learn about you as a couple to help design and create the wedding of your dreams. We will assist in venue walkthroughs; catering tastings; design boards; rentals; custom budget creation; vendor recommendations and booking; milestone check-ins; hotel block guidance; invitation quoting and creation; development of detailed timeline and layout; and wedding coordination. Decor collection is complimentary!

Partial planning involves the second half of planning for your wedding day. You handle the budget and vendor bookings independently, and our team will focus on finishing logistics of where you left off including providing timelines, layouts, and day of details. We still do the design experience with you.

Parties between 10 and 40 have the option for the AMW micro-wedding package. No celebration is too small! We know that it is all about the bond between the couple and the celebration of your love. Complimentary access to the decor collection included!

    We loved working with the AMW team during our wedding planning process! Alexandra and her team are professional, experienced, responsive, organized, detail-oriented, and upbeat. We used AMW’s full service package and are so happy we did. My husband and I had no experience in event planning and no vendor connections, both of which the AMW team has covered. Our lead planner was Abby and we really enjoyed working with her! We felt very taken care of during the planning process and especially the day of the wedding. Abby and the AMW team that worked with her that day were so attentive to anything we needed. If I asked for something they were on it immediately. Their team took care of all the logistics so my husband and I could have our dream day. I really can’t say enough good things about Alexandra, Abby, and the AMW team. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a wedding planner!

    We could not have done it without Alexandra Madison Weddings! Alexandra and her team were amazing to work with from the start of the process to our wedding day. What sets AMW apart from the rest is definitely their attention to detail and vendor recommendations. They were a one-stop shop for us and worked with us on all the details from the invitation suite to reception design to custom koozies, matchbooks, and pizza boxes. Alexandra & her team jumped on every crazy idea we had and had so many ideas and suggestions I never would have thought of. Closer to the wedding day, they were a seamless liaison between us and the vendors, and on the wedding day they handled everything and we were able to truly relax. I still cannot get over our reception and how they transformed the space in a day like little wedding fairy godmothers. I can't recommend this team enough.

    Alexandra Madison Weddings helped me so much while planning my wedding and on my wedding day! Her whole team was very helpful in helping me make decisions for the wedding day but also help me to feel comfortable and happy on my wedding day. Alexandra always made me feel comfortable and not stressed. One of our favorite things about Alexandra's team was my husband and I were taken care of the whole time at the wedding. We were brought water on the dance floor, they made sure we ate, they helped me bustle my dress, and they always had a smile on their face. If you are thinking about going with a wedding planner, Alexandra Madison weddings is the one to go with!
