My signature style incorporates a blend of traditional posed images with an editorial edge. Maria Hopewell Photography offers a luxurious and professional experience from start to finish. I'm deliberate in my approach, but aim to make your experience comfortable and relaxing! My images are sharp, elegant, and full of rich color. The primary goal is to showcase my client’s authenticity, beauty, grace, and personality.

Enthusiasm and hard-work goes into each and every project I take on. I call Ashburn VA home, but I'm willing to travel to capture gorgeous portraits (travel and accommodation fees may apply). Description

If you have your heart set on doing a first look, then we recommend at least 8 hours of coverage. Even though 8 hours seems like a lot of time, this works best for weddings where the ceremony and reception are at the same location. The additional 2 hours gives us just enough time to take a few getting ready, detail, and dancing shots. Things to Consider: Packing up gear and traveling to a secondary location could easily use up 30 to 40 minutes of your package time.

Things tend to move quickly with 6 hours of coverage. That being said, 6 hours of coverage only works logistically if the ceremony and reception are in the same location. THINGS TO CONSIDER 6 hours of coverage most likely means that there will not be much (or any) time for detail decor/design shots, 1st Look photos or photos of you getting ready, but, there will be coverage of all of the important moments (Wedding Party portraits, ceremony, family photos,)

    I absolutely loved Maria and her husband. They were so easy to work with and very flexible on the day of. Maria did my boudoir photos as well and she helped so much with the awkwardness by being so personable and cracking a few jokes to lighten the mood. I am so glad we chose them, and the photos look PHENOMENAL. Go with them, seriously you won’t regret it!
