Do you travel, and what are your travel fees?

I love to travel! I reside in Prescott, Arizona and require a travel fee outside of the Prescott area. You can let me know where you're thinking of (as specific or general as you know) and I'll let you know the extra cost, but it is no more than the standard business mileage rate. For out-state weddings, I just ask you to pay for flights (if necessary), transportation, and stay.

Question 2

We've never had photos taken before, & or we're so awkward in front of the camera! How can you help us?

TRUST ME, I GET IT! I to this day still feel slightly awkward in front of the camera, & thats okay! I do my best to get to know everyone before I just jump right into shooting! I also strive to know what each clients vision is, & to help them create it! I will guide everyone, and help create a comfortable, fun environment!

Question 3

Do you have a studio, or shoot indoors or only outdoors?

I do not currently have a studio. I primarily shoot natural light but can shoot indoors and do so frequently for night receptions, utilizing an external flash and diffuser. I love in-home sessions (primarily utilizing natural light) & can come to your home or Airbnb.

Question 4

How do you deliver your images? Do you sell prints?

Accepted Answer

I utilize a professional online gallery service called Pic-Time to deliver my images. The gallery is sent to your email and from there you have easy access to download your images. It includes a store that makes it super easy to purchase good-quality prints and albums. I have no affiliation with the store or the items and their quality, but I have ordered some and think they are of good quality.

Question 5

How do we book? Do you require a deposit/retainer?

Accepted Answer

I require a deposit to hold all sessions and their dates. The deposit goes toward the total cost. For Weddings & Elopements it is $250, for all other sessions it is $50. I like to utilize Zelle primarily but also have Venmo, and accept cash or checks in person. The deposit is refundable should something come up on my end, however, it is non-refundable should the client cancel, or no-show.

Question 6

What happens if you can't make it our session/Wedding?

Accepted Answer

Should something come up on a Wedding/Elopement day, such as illness or a death in the family, I'll do my best to find a replacement photographer with a similar style, otherwise I will refund what you have paid. If engagement photos were taken the deposit shall not be returned, as that covers the engagements. For normal sessions, we can re-schedule or I can refund your deposit if you wish.
