Daisy Blue Photography

Owner / Photographer

Daisy Blue is run by Amy Claeys. Amy is a mother of 2, lives in Royal Oak, Michigan, and photographs weddings anywhere you want to get married. Amy is incredibly community minded and volunteers as a photographer at the Detroit Historical Society as well as sits on the Royal Oak Youth Assistance board. Her motto is BE GOOD, DO GOOD In both life and in her business. And photography. If Amy isn't reading books with dragons or magic, watching cop shows or cuddling with her cat, you can probably find her in the Dark Room at OCC, Royal Oak, printing fine art film prints from her last wedding, or whatever she found that week to photograph.

We are all about your experience. We want you to have the BEST DAY you can possibly have, and we'll work with you, building the timeline that helps you have fun, enjoy your day and actually get to enjoy your party - all while providing you with beautiful, dynamic and highly candid photography to memorialize your wedding day. Amy offers fine art film prints to her couples, printed by hand in the dark room the old fashioned way.

Amy is amazing as a professional and also as a person. We are a small family recently arrived in Michigan, we have no relatives or acquaintances, we thought that doing a photo session with our 1-year-old baby would be complicated, but it was the opposite. She not only took amazing photos of us, she also helped us calm our son down and even gave him cookies. Without a doubt we recommend! The DelaCruz-Rodriguez family loved it!
