Hey there! A little background information about me. My name is Aleksandra. I am 30 years old based in West Haven, CT. Makeup has always been a passion of mine, ever since I was little you could find me doing my mom, little sister, and grandma's hair and makeup. I always wanted a career in the industry but never thought it was attainable. Until I reached a point in my life where I decided to take a leap of faith pack my bags and drive down to Georgia where my older sister (a master MUA who owns her own agency) lives.

Within that year i gained so much knowledge and confidence assisting and working along side her for weddings, styled shoots, and video productions. I came back home to CT and dove in full force into the industry and have never looked back. I am extremely passionate about what i do, mostly I love the connections I make with others and how I am able to make someone feel like a million bucks.

    I had a great experience getting my hair and makeup done through Aleksandra Artistry a few weeks ago. They helped to make sure that my hair looked exactly as i described and showed that I wanted in pictures and also made sure that my makeup was natural looking but also glam for my event but not over the top. It was perfect. They were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend using Alexsandra Artistry for your hair/makeup needs for a special event, you don't be disappointed. Thanks again!!

    Aleks and her team are so professional and easy to work with. Aleks was helpful during and after the makeup trial we had. She was very supportive when my skin was having issues and was able to provide very helpful advice when I reached out to her about it. She asked me questions about my skin care and was able to recommend some things to try to sort out my skin issues before the big day. The day of the wedding, my vision was brought to life from my hair to my makeup! My skin was glowing! And she made sure my bridesmaids loved their looks too! 10/10 would recommend!

    Aleksandra and her hair team were all amazing! I went for a trial and it was like hanging out with two friends getting my hair and makeup done, they listened and threw in suggestions when needed. For the day of the wedding they were all prompt and in communication the whole day, they had a timeline ready to go and also planned for all the kids to go first, but have a touch up before they left for the day. My hair and makeup lasted all night and looked great in pictures. Would recommend and would hire again

    My original make-up artist got COVID days before my wedding and I am so thankful that Aleksandra was available! Aleksandra was extremely professional and it made me feel like I was in good hands despite not meeting her until my wedding morning. Her prices were also very reasonable compared to other make-up artists in the area but the quality was movie star level. Each bridesmaid wanted a slightly different look and they all turned out amazing! Throughout the process of doing my bridal make-up, Aleksandra would check in and make sure it was the right direction of what I wanted, especially since we did not have a chance to have a trial. My make-up also looked fresh all night. She made me feel like such a princess and in the end, it was a blessing in disguise that my original make-up artist fell through. I would highly recommend Aleksandra for any bride.
