My name is Maggie and Blooming Iris Designs was inspired by my daughter. After 7 years as a wedding coordinator and being laid off due to covid, I wanted to find another way back into "wedding world." I stumbled upon a Floral Design Certification Program and decided to enroll. I then started my small business, out of my garage.

I have previous experience as a wedding coordinator, so I have seen these big days take place from many different angles and view points. My objective is to be the floral designer that all brides and venues alike want to work with. I am also a one-woman show. You will be working solely with me from start to finish. I do all of the planning, designing, delivery, installation, etc.

    Maggie was amazing to work with! She did all the personals for our wedding! She checked in throughout the process of wedding planning with us. She took our ideas for our flowers and then tailored them to make them even better than we imagined! Maggie was professional, efficient, and responded quickly. I would recommend Maggie to anyone and would work with her again in a heartbeat!

    I cannot say enough good things about Maggie at Blooming Iris! From our first conversation, she was so warm and thorough and walked me through the entire process. She answered all my questions in detailed. She made suggestions and helped me curate a vision since I was unsure of exactly what I wanted. On the day of my wedding, I was literally STUNNED by how beautiful her work was. From the dramatic arch pieces the romantic centerpieces, everything was more beautiful than I could have imagine! She even surprised us with some florals for the cake. Maggie created the vibe for the entire day!! My bouquet was gorgeous and full, the mini boutonnieres for my toddler sons were adorable and the wrist corsages for the special women in my life were lovely. Maggie was reasonably priced and flexible and communicative throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Maggie at Blooming Iris and I will use her for any and all of my future floral needs!

    Maggie just did the florals for our September wedding and they turned out better then we could have dreamed! I am a pretty indecisive person and so making a decision on the flowers was hard for me. I honestly feel like I did not give her much to go off of but a couple photos! Maggie was knowledgeable about what kind of flowers could match my “Pinterest” vision and made it come to life. She nailed our hanging flowers arch, flower box welcome sign as well as mine and all my bridesmaids bouquets, bud vases for our centerpieces and all the other areas we had added some florals. I truly believe her color choices and the type of flowers chosen made the aesthetic of our wedding romantic and lovely. We would recommend Blooming Iris Designs 1000x over!
