This Spread

Together we have over 30 years in the service industry. We have a background in specialty foods and both have experience in fine dining. We started This Spread as a way to both share our love of food and display the impact that culinary creativity can make on an event. Our goal is to leave every guest at your event both full and impressed.

Hello, we are This Spread! We specialize in charcuterie and specialty cheese boards. Not only do we offer delectable cheese and meat displays, we are also able to present more of a desert themed platter or any style platter you have in mind. We have quite a variety of tasty dried fruits, nuts and palatable pairings to accompany the main event. We aim to please, so don’t be shy, let us know what you have in mind. We can accommodate big or small orders and sweet or savory. Our boards can elevate any event from great to spectacularly memorable. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you!
