Willow Wisp Cakes

I’ve finally returned back to Tampa to start my own business! I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America’s Baking and Pastry Program. After school I worked in New England, Seattle and even New York City for some of the best bakeries including Ron Ben-Israel Cakes. I specialize in highly artistic and unique cake and desserts. Every creation is different from the next, and just as delicious as they’re beautiful!

Our cakes are works of art that also tastes delicious. We love to create cakes that truly capture how special these celebrations are. Our work is very detail oriented, we like to make sure everything is perfect. All of our ingredients are carefully picked to ensure that our products are the best they can be. We take time and care to help come up with truly unique and beautiful designs for all of our clients, to be able to bring their ideas to life. We execute those ideas with extreme precision; sharp edges, clean lines, no detail is too small to make perfect.
