MIR offers full-service, partial-planning as well as day-of-coordinator services for both domestic and international celebrations. We are professionals who lend our expertise to each aspect of event planning while adhering to the budget. We can join couples for their destination wedding to ensure each moment is executed seamlessly. MIR can also assist group hotel reservations and flight coordination.

You always want a wedding planner to understand the vision you have for your wedding, and MIR Events & Travel executed everything to perfection. We received tasks that included making a website, sending out invitations, and vendor booking to keep us on track with the timeline. Brandy was very knowledgeable about decor suggestions and table layouts to maximize the space of the venue. On our wedding day, Brandy and her team made sure everything ran smoothly so my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing.

Brandy was one of the BEST decisions we made with our entire wedding planning process! She was extremely helpful to both my husband and I and always answered all our questions with great suggestions that showed her expertise. She has lots of inventory to rent out as well and could help with some DIY things I needed help with like escort cards and a backdrop, which was a great option to have! Her travel agent experience came in so handy for searching for hotel blocks and working with hotels. On wedding day she was available for all questions from guests and others so that we could just enjoy our day! We had full trust in her and her assistants’ abilities to problem solve and take care of anything, so we were able to truly relax to enjoy our day. She’s the best and I can’t recommend her enough!!

MIR Events & Travel was phenomenal to work with for our May wedding! Brandy and her team’s professionalism and attention to detail made our day flawless. From initial wedding wedding planning to executing our big day, Brandy was very attentive and was easy to communicate with. She accommodated everything we asked of her and she was a delight to work with. Brandy truly was the glue that held together our wedding and made it even more beautiful than we could’ve asked for!
